Hi!
I've swapped from Octopus Flux to Octopus Intelligent Flux and the Octopus app wants me to register my device (EVO 10 5-H). However, when I try to do so it informs me that I first need to upgrade my firmware, but the FoxCloud2 app is telling me that I have the latest firmware. It's deadlock and I'm in limbo!
These are the versions I have, all marked as "Latest":
EVO 10 5-H
Inv_Master:1.09 (latest)
Inv_Slave: 1.00 (latest)
Inv_Manager: 1.08 (latest)
Software: 2.08 (latest)
BAT_BCU: 1.004 (latest)
Is anyone able to advise whether any of these are out of date, despite what the app might say?
And is the EVO 10 5-H actually compatible with Octopus Intelligent tariffs?
I've emailed Octopus but no solutions have yet been offered.
Thank you!

The list is here, and looks like it is all the latest to me.
Probably not fully onboarded at the Octopus/Fox Integration side of things.

Thank you,
I think you're right that the EVO 10 5-H is not yet fully integrated with Octopus. Fingers-crossed that this is "work in progress". In the meanwhile, I'll swap back to the non-Intelligent Flux tariff!
Cheers!

Might be an idea to fire off an email to Octopus to verify, but it does seem to suggest it is not yet on the "list" so to speak.
Morning!
I asked that question in an email to Octopus yesterday afternoon but it seems to take them a day or so to respond. Very likely the answer will be it isn't yet on the list.
However, Fox has got back to me this morning with a ticket I raised yesterday morning - as per the spreadsheet you shared, Fox has confirmed that the firmware I'm running is the latest version, which further indicates that my inverter is not yet on the Octopus list.
Thanks for your help. Things are becoming clearer even if it's not yet the outcome I was hoping for.

Octopus won't be quick that's for sure, as too technical for the 1st person to pickup your email no doubt.
At least Fox have confirmed that the FW's are current, and the App shows same too, let's hope Octopus can push out integration soon.
You'll have to email Octopus every 1-3 months, or just attempt to signup and see how you get on again, fingers crossed.

I'll be proactive and keep on the case! I can't see why my inverter won't eventually appear on the list.
Agreed, it's only a matter of time, and in their interest to add people to the tariff.
