my company installed a fox ess EV charger at my home to charge my company car last month. I have access via RFID card and already successfully charged a few sessions. Unfortunately I didn't find any opportunity to export the charging data from the apps (Switch or cloud v2). I already read a community article about the export function included in the cloud app but at the point when I have to enter the SN number, it fails and doesn't show anything to choose from...
Anyone has a clou?
The charger is online and connected via LAN, I can start and stop sessions with the RFID card normally, the data ist also correctly collected, I can see them in the app.
