Battery Sitting In Online Standby
Recenely had our meter changed to a smart meter and I've noiticed the battery is sitting in Standby mode and not charging/discharging. Presenty its 74% charged and doing nothing !

I presume the power outage has upset something.

Any suggestions on how to peruade it to start charging again ? excess power is being exported at the moment.

Most common problem after a smart meter change is the engineer either forgets to clip on the CT clamp, puts it on backwards or puts it back on the wrong cable.

If you look at your meter there should be a small clamp clipped round the live output of your smart meter - might be worth posting a photo of your meter cupboard if it’s not there or if it has been put back on in reverse your house load will be showing as negative (in which case unclip it and reverse the direction).
