I’m not getting the 5s updates or the option of updating firmware after updating to 2.2.0. I’ve got the right hardware. I watched Will’s video on the subject and he raised the question but didn’t answer it(!): is there a minimum firmware requirement for these features to work?
PS. Another “feature” which you might have missed is that on the app, system min SOC and backup cut-off SOC are reporting the wrong way round (in my case 15% and 10% respectively). On the web app they are reporting correctly (i.e. 10% and 15%).
