We have installed H3 Smart 15kW inverter with EQ4800 43kW battery 2 weeks back. Everything works fine expect i do see in alarms at random times on alternate days for the inverter Error Code 1, 26 & 27. The errors come all together and go away within 5 mins. I have checked the Rvolt graph its between 230 - 245v. No switches are tripping . Ensure why this error happens and fixes itself in 5 mins. Any ideas will be helpful.

The errors are indicative of loss of grid, if you are not resetting your MCB/RCD’s afterwards is there any indication of a brownout i.e. a rapid loss of voltage.. the RVolt graph may not catch it if it is very quick but it is entirely probable that uit occurs on another phase so check your SVolt & TVolt.

No MCB/RCD's are being reset .
The Rvolt,Svolt & Tvolt graphs indicate no dips or surges.
For example yesterday the errors appeared around 04:32 am and then at 22:58 . At both times all the volts look normal. see attached graph for yesterday.

ok, nothing obvious there so whatever it is must be a fast transient - I think the best thing to do is to raise it with your installer or a support ticket with Fox to investigate.
There are inverter settings (set as part of the local safety regs) which need to be checked and more importantly whether it is a low or high voltage event that is causing it so that limit can be softened, and, they can also check your firmware levels just in case this is a known issue.
