can someone please give me an email address for support on this system? The support email i've been sending just goes un-answered. Yes, i know they were away over the xmas break, but surely should be back by now?
I've not had any response either. My ticket has been open 7 days. How long have you been waiting?

Scroll down to Global Service Contacts, find your Region/Country and email them directly, you should then get a support ticket back hopefully. Check spam folder for a reply, then they usually respond with 2-3 working days.

I've already emailed support in the UK. Its been 4 days so far. Maybe there is still a Xmas backlog

Yes i got the automated response... and I just got a response from a support staff as well 20 minutes ago!
