Around 21~23 april there were some issues accessing the inverter data through the cloud. Somewhere else in this forum this is noticed as well : 'app fault'.
After some time the app started working again but historic information dating before the event seems vanished.
A day or so later a pop up was showing on startup of the app, indicating that some data was to be restored, and everything should be OK after May 6 2023.
This pop up is no longer showing up on startup of the app. And data collected before 21 April 2023 is not visible. Am I the only one observing this. Does this imply the data is gone and will not be restored?
Does anyone have a final word from Foxess about this situation?

Yes, same for me!

There was a message on the Foxcloud website suggesting that this would be a temporary state of affairs and that we could expect the data to return. It wasn't clear about exactly when, though.

My stats have reappeared on the website.
Don't use the app tbh, but I assume they're using the same database

Somewhere this week all my historic data re-appeared.
Luckily my own storage provides data more relyably..
