Hi all.
Does anyone else suffer with the app going down ? It happens to me every couple of weeks . Shows everything down but looking at my inverters they read all is fine.
Any ideas ?

Assuming you are using WiFi for data logging, then most likely the signal near the inverter is poor. If you do have a WiFi datalogger, you can open your Fox Cloud 2.0 App, click on Devices at the bottom, then find Accessories, there you should be able to see the WiFi signal of the datalogger (once it responds again of course) It only shows a simple bar graph, so no real signal strength/quality to it.
Or go to the location with phone and see if you have working WiFi, and check strength on your phone.
If you are running a mesh WiFi for your location, maybe you need a booster moving/adding to increase signals if applicable.

Ah.
OK thanks. I presumed it was a problem with the Fox app. Hadn't thought about wifi but that does make sense.

There has been occasions when the Fox Cloud side has gone down, but suspect it will be local. The Fox app/website are working fine here today.
Test with phone and you can find out quickly if signals are bad where Inverter lives.
