We have Fox EP12 battery it was installed week or so before Christmas. Despite following the instructions and the Fox youtube video I cannot get it to charge and discharge at set times. my settings are as follows:
On the Manual Schedular - time on - 00.001 - 05:30
Work Mode - Force Charge
Min Soon Grid - 10%
Min SoC -100%
Force Charge cut off SOC - 100%
Max AC power fir forced charge - 6000.0W
Discharge 17-00 -22-00
Work Mode -Back up
Min SOC on grid 10%
Max SOC-100%
Forced discharge cutoff SOC 10%
Max AC power for forced charge -6000.0 W
Any help in setting the battery to work will be really appreciated as so far its been a complete waste of money.
I have a Fox inverter and PV that all works as does the ZAPPI
Your discharge setting of work mode "Backup" is wrong.
Backup charges and holds the battery at 100% ready for a power cut.
Set to self-use for example.
Ideally if you can post a picture of your manual scheduler and any other settings you can think of posting that would help.

My installer has spoken to Fox and they have told him my discharge setting should be on - Back Up it seemed to work the other day but won't work on self use. I am totally confused with something that should be simple but has turned into a complete mess.
I could be wrong on backup mode, but that's my interpretation of it.
If you are able to attach a screenshot of your scheduler, then it can be adjusted with forum help.

Backup work mode holds the battery charge at a specific level and will not let the battery discharge so all your house load will be taken from the grid - what are you trying to achieve in that period ?
It would be helpful if you could post the graph from the app that shows you load, grid, battery use so we can see what is is doing.

Just a note on your timings, your current end point for your charge is actually 05:30:59
Force Charge 00:00 to 05:29 (which equals 05:29:59 end time)
I would echo what Dave has asked, it is best to say in words what you are wanting your system to do?
Charge overnight is sorted, once you adjust clock.
Daytime you currently have it holding energy at 100% battery, and it will pull from the grid/solar your house load until 16:00:59 (again, set this to 15:59 if this is what you are wanting.
