why is it not possible to export data as end user? only works as an agent. With the graphics it is not possible to do certain analyzes, such as how much we picked up from the grid or to average the highest production

It's a question for Fox, for whichi I suspect their answer would be "there's no money in it".

If you want real control over your data you need to set up some sort of local monitoring and datalogging.
