Is it resetting at mid night each day? Are you using any VPP providers as it all counts towards your api limit. I believe fox can increase the limit if you're using a VPP.

Re: Number of calls per day:0 Remaining calls for today:0
According to that your account has no api calls at all, which explains why you can't use them.

The api_key is married to your account and that account when you view it must contain your inverter, datalogger etc.. - if anything has changed with the account that could explain it.

I have seen a few occasions where the Fox api has simply stopped updating the number of calls available, so if you are sure nothing has changed in your account - only Fox can reset that, get in touch with Fox service and let them know your number of calls per day is 0 (it should be 1,440 * number of inverters in the account).

I am with a VPP but have not even been onboarded yet. I was using, on average, 50-100 calls a day at the peak, and then the limit was 1440. Randomly, it just stopped allocating me a limit.
