Mode scheduler general query
As a customer as opposed to an engineer installer, should I be able to set the mode times myself? I initially tried myself in the app but the settings did not hold. I then asked the installer, and they said they have to fo it. Having provided relevant times, they then claimed to have set it as required, but no times are showing and cheap-rate battery charging is not occurring. Is there some kind of fault with the app? What else can I do?

Dave.. thanks very much for the link to the very informative YouTube video on this subject. I have clearly been poorly informed on this subject by my installers, and shall be pointing out their error in suggesting they have to carry out these settings and not me! I have no idea why they would want to maintain this responsibility since they aren’t getting any more money for providing this service themselves, even if it was actually forthcoming. In my view they should be much more proactive in providing adequate information about the app in the first place.
