Hello,
I'm on octopus and and applied for the ability to export, sent my certificate to octopus and they confirmed export is live.
When I put my API key into the fox app I didn't have export setup.
How do I get it to show the export rates in the app? It shows me import rates and the logic works for charging when the price falls below the set threshold. However the export rates show as 0 pence for each 30 min slot in the fox app
Do you think octopus haven't put the on the correct tariff? I've emailed them as I also don't see export rates in their app either although maybe that's normal?
Help!
I suspect you need to reach out to Octopus again, or just wait a day or two for things to catch up in your account?
I cannot remember how long it took for the Export to actually show in the Octopus app, so give it two days and chase up.
So no, it's not normal to not be there, but as mentioned, it could be delayed.
Meanwhile here are some images you should see once your API key has been entered and verified. You can see that once it works, this is how it appears in a working account. The name Agile is kind of misleading now, as it actually show your Account tariffs. I am on Octopus Intelligent Go, and Export Fixed (though does say variable to cover them changing rates in future)

Pricing pulled down into the Fox Cloud

Amazing, thank you so much
That's saved me time searching and trying to fix it. Appreciate the screenshots
