H3-12.0-Smart 12 kW and ECS2900-2

Hey,

We bought our setup back in may, and finally got it installed a week ago (renovating, so we haven't been able to get it installed up until now).

Anyway, I was wondering what the newest firmware for this inverter and these batteries are? (Since it at least is 7 months old, and since the inverter is quiet new, I would expect some bugfixes to have been released since then).

From what I can see in the FoxESS Cloud, these are the version I'm currently running:

Master battery: 1.014
Slave batteries: 1.11, 1.14, 1.11 and 1.11 (no idea why one of them has a newer firmware than the others).
Inverter:

• Master: 1.12
• Slave: 1.00
• Comm: 1.09
• AFCI: 0.35

Also, how I can get the firmware files, if there are any new ones? (Google seems to indicate that I should email FoxESS's service email address)

The main inverter functions have been updated a few times, latest stable versions:
Master 1.36
Manager (ARM) 1.22
Slave/AFCI - same

ECS2900 batteries
Master 1.019
Slave 1.14

Assuming you have a working datalogger installed, you just need to raise a support ticket in the app (Me, Contact Us, Support) or contact your local support team with your inverter serial number and ask for the inverter and batteries toi be updated to latest firmware.
