Error: The Device has been bound to a Plant by an another user

Two of my NEWly purchased M1-800-E inverters cannot be added in the IOS app. The error message appears.

Does anyone have any idea how I can anonymize the inverters again?

That's unusual, are you the installer or has the installer bound them already ?

Generally speaking the only people that can correct this are Fox themselves, so you would need to get in touch and explain the problem with SN's etc... if you are in the UK they can be emailed on service.uk@fox-ess.com

Contact your installer or fox support as those serials are already bound to a site and can't be reused again.
