Will the Manual Scheduler Forced charge setting disable my Solar Battery from discharging during EV Charging session.

Yes if you have a Force Charge set the battery will be protected from discharging into the EV - as an alternative if your inverter supports the workmode Backup, selecting that will also protect your battery.
Ideally your EV should be wired into a seperate Henley block where your meter is so that the inverter does not see it at all.
