Hi
I'm looking for guidance how to reset my apps to a state where I can charge off the grid.
I noticed on the web app, that version 2 was being advertised and linked through to it. I found the Mode Scheduler function that displayed Manual and Octoplus Agile (which I'm using). I set a few options in Trigger Price Mode but noticed that the settings did not persist after submitting, so repeated it a few times. Then I tried Time Slot Mode and still the settings did not persist after submitting, so I repeated this process too several times. I eventually gave up and went back to Grid Charging Time to set periods for grid charging. The following day my battery had not charged overnight and now web V1, web V2 and mobile app all error with the 44096-Unsupported function code message.
I've read some posts that suggest the Mode Scheduler should be deleted first before Grid Charging Time is used. I don't have any evidence of a Mode Schedule being set anywhere. The Mode Scheduler page simply displays 3 buttons: Manual, Octopus Agile and + Add schedule (Attachment Ess-1)
The Octoplus Agile page is shown in attachment ESS-2. The blue box around Trigger Price Mode can never be moved to surround the Time Slot Mode. Now Submitting this page displays error "40257-Parameters do not meet expectations. Please reenter"
My configuration is stuck in a state that does not permit grid charging, so any advice to restore the system to its former working state will be hugely appreciated.
Thanks
Marcel

44096 does mean it thinks a schedule is running.
The Agile system uses the scheduler so if you cannot see the Mode Scheduler enabled (double check the app says Schedule ‘disabled’) it is because the system thinks you have that in operation - most people have had to remove their octopus API data to stop the scheduler from working.

Working with Fox Ess support from China, I was advised that the best application to use is the mobile app V2 as its the app that is most recent. The corresponding web browser V2 app lags behind in development and is buggy.
Using mobile app V2, I have set the Time Slot Mode schedule integrated with Octopus Agile and will wait till tomorrow to determine whether the battery charged in the early hours of the morning.
Other useful information gleaned:
- Web browser V1 is deprecated and no longer developed.
- Set Octopus Agile integration in browser app v1 or mobile app v2. Not possible in browser v2
- if you change the price in Trigger Price Mode after having create a schedule, the change only takes effect after midnight (I have not verified this)
- use mobile V2 to set Mode Schedules
- Mode Schedules can be used Manually without Octopus integration
