PV Power sensor on FoxESS Modbus integration
I have bottle cap Dave's FoxESS Modbus integration up and running on my HA system now after a few false starts.

All the stats are coming in nicely with one exception. The "PV Power" sensor is reading as "Unknown". However "PV1 Power", "PV 2 Power" and "PV3 Power" are all reading just fine (I have 3 strings on a KH7 inverter).

I'd like to be able to see the total PV Power as a gauge though - so any idea how to do this? Or why the "PV Power" sensor isn't providing a value?

My inverter manager firmware revision is 1.51 if that makes any difference.

Thanks in advance!

EDITED to say.....it has now started showing data. Must have just been a timing thing.
Re: PV Power sensor on FoxESS Modbus integration
I might be wrong, but I think that the combined PV Power is a sensor on the home assistant side, rather than a sensor coming directly from the inverter. Sometimes HA can be slow at setting up sensors, will only do it when there is data being sent to it. Most obvious on the integral / utility sensors which sometimes only appear after a restart.

Thanks,

It started populating with data after a while and a few reboots while I was installing other HA bits and pieces - so all good and now I have some nice gauges!
