I am mostly interested in some calcification of menu settings.

The user manual only shows the menu structure.

We recently installed a Fox ESS 6kw Inverter with 7.47kw of panels.

Panels are equally split in two strings.

I did a small test last week when we had a very sunny day.

Running both strings it produce 4.5Kw.
Running individual strings, they produced over 3kw each.
