Another question if I may - I have looked down all the graphical options you directed me to above, in the hope of finding the equivalent of the 'solar' button on the App, showing the PV generation curve but cant find it.
The portal shows the 'Todays Yield kw-h' number and the App shows the 'PV ...

Battery SoC graph ?
Hi,
Is it possible to get the battery SoC state graph available on the web version of the portal ?
All I have is a an icon with its percentage state b ut not how it alters through time - which the App does quite well, but is too small to see the detail.

Re: App update: all data streams dead
Mine died off this morning around 11.30, came back 45 minutes ago and has gone again - all zero'd out, on both App and web interface.
I checked on my phone and theres an App update awaiting so I set that going. No change after update so I guess its their back end thats the issue.

Octopus - all sorted, now what ?
Okay, I am changed over to Octopus and had confirmation that I am on the Flux Import tariff and today they asked for the startup meter reading on the Export side which has duly been provided.
I've been online and confirmed that they now have me able to export and all their checks have passed.

Re: Using grid when batteries are full or quite full ?
Thank you again. I found the manual for the electric showers and they are indeed 9kW showers, which explains all.
i played around with some numbers and even doubling the battery storage wouldnt get to the 9kW and the constraunt appears to be the 40A inverter figure. I also looked at the data sheets ...

Re: Using grid when batteries are full or quite full ?
Thank you - a very concise answer - much appreciated.
So would it be your belief that the batteries are being used in the first instance and its the balance thats coming from the grid and showing up - or that unless you can get close to 100% from the battery/inverter, the grid will come first ?
I ...

Using grid when batteries are full or quite full ?
Hi,
System installed a month ago and I have recently changed over the Octopus Pulse, so cheap rate charging is from 0200 to 0500.
Scheduler is set and the batteries are charging to full capacity at the end of the charging period.
I have;
