I found a photograph from the installation before the smart meter was installed, as you say it's now facing the other way.
I've asked Octopus to come and fix it ASAP

The white box has a very bold arrow printed on it so I'm assuming it's been fitted correctly 🤷‍♂️

Thank you so much for your help.
The day after the solar was installed Octopus came and installed a smart meter.
The guy commented on the work done by the installers and made some modifications when fitting the smart meter.
Would he have cause to move or change the CT clamp?

Is there a guide to using the mobile app somewhere? Particularly explaining the home schematic. Screenshot_20240914-074340_Gmail.jpg It says a negative load is shown if there is other generation equipment in my home, which there isn't. Does that mean I'm exporting 0.88kW to the grid from my battery ...
