Well, from my point of view it does make sense to stick to the WPA2 standard, which does allow a password length of 63 characters. Everything else is just a poor implementation of a worldwide standard.
At least FoxESS replied to me and they suggested passwords <=20 characters, which seems to me ...

If let me have your inverter type and series i.e. H1 (G2), KH etc.. and your battery type and versions i.e. HV2600 V2, ECS2900 V1 etc.. I can look up the latest versions

Maximum password length for wireless stick?
Hi,
is there any known maximum password length on the wireless stick?
When I try to use my standard wireless password (63 length) the stick never connects to my wireless.
When I do use my guest wireless (which heavily restricted, 43 length) the connect does work.
Seems like a bug to me?
