I have the same problem. Battery is heading towards empty and nothing I can do about it.

Hello - trying to set times to charge from the grid via the app but after pressing save, it times out. Tried doing it via the web but can't find any way to do it. Uninstalled and reinstalled app three times, no joy. So right now have no control over my battery. Any advice welcome!
