Please can someone explain to me what exactly the revenue ie the £ actually mean ? I have no idea if it the day, the month or the year, and what is it saying……and based upon what figures ! Please explain….at the moment it says Total Revenue £10.10 Duh ! No clue ! Thankyou

What is Error 41200 ?
The app is not working so I have no idea of generation after around 2pm today Oct 11th 2023.
Can anyone help please, I have NO technical knowledge and am 70 ! It was fine up until around 2pm. I keep seeing ‘query data failed’. Thanks to anyone who can help !

I have this problem too. The app shows error 412000 ‘query data’ not responding’ or something like that. I have deleted and re downloaded the Energy stats app and the Foxess own app. Both are just blank. I have no idea why, and as a pensioner with No technical knowledge where do I go for help. My sy...
