The app is not working so I have no idea of generation after around 2pm today Oct 11th 2023.
Can anyone help please, I have NO technical knowledge and am 70 ! It was fine up until around 2pm. I keep seeing ‘query data failed’. Thanks to anyone who can help !
What is Error 41200 ?

It’s the Foxess cloud database that has gone down, they are working on restoring it at the moment- so hopefully back shortly.
