Fox Cloud Us vs Fox Cloud 2.0

Hello everybody:

I am a new Fox installer from Puerto Rico and the distribuitor here only has knowledge about the FOX Cloud US app. I tried setting up a Fox Cloud 2.0 account and even managed to connect the device (11.4kw inverter with HUB and battery) to the internet while using the 2.0 app. The problem is that even though the dongle shows it is connected I cant see any info on the app. Any suggestions?

It sounds to me as if the datalogger hasn't been added to the user account - but it's easier to look at the Foxesscloud.com website and see what dataloggers / inverters have been allocated to the user account you have set up.

So the dattalogger is added to the user account and connected to the internet but it appears offline even after I connected it to the Internet.
