EV charger question

Hi to all,
I would like to know if I can use the EV charger station A7300P1-E-2 without any external energy meter and be able to adjust the power of charging.

I would personally buy an ev charging that supports solar feedin sensing via a CT like a Zappi or Hypervolt.
