Hello,
I have inverter H3-Pro-25, and batteries 22kw. Yesterday the inverter stopped working, battery was almost full, it took all energy from the grid. In log history there is an error hardware trip. I have restarted the solar panels and inverter and everything is normal now. Does anyone know what this error is?

It's one of a number of faults, either a bus voltage out of range, PV input current over range, or battery current over range - the restart is the correct way to clear the fault - check on the website and have a look at what your PV current/voltage levels were at the time of the fault, it may be one of those was exceeded.

Also as the H3 Pro is so new, I would recommend that you upgrade to the latest firmware versions which are as of today - Master is 1.31, Manager is 1.15 and Slave 1.06

Thank you, will check all voltages and update firmware and hope to fix the issue.

Hi we've had a similar issue with a Pro 25kW.

Did you manage to sort it and work out what the problem was?
