Hi
I had to change my android Phone after the screen was broken.
I loaded app on to new phone ,but I don't have the Password.
The installer put it in my phone in a rush as he was hurrying to get to his next job.
the email setup phase looks optional and I can see that the set password on my old phone is 6 chars long.
What is the process to connect my new phone (my old phone still works with broken screen so I can see data is still being logged).

Assuming you know what your username is, you can go to the website and click the 'Forgot Password' link - it will then email you a link to reset it https://www.foxesscloud.com/login?redirect=%2F
If you can't remember your username, you'll need to know what you old phone is logging in as, either at the log in prompt - or if you are logged in already (on the V1 app), click the 'My' link on the bottom right hand side, the click 'Personal Information' and it will show you the username.
Without the username, you would either have to speak to your installer - or email foxess service with your inverter serial number and see if they can guide you through recovery of it.
