I had my system installed probably the best part of 18 months ago. I wasn't even aware that there was a mobile app available to see what you are using / exporting?
A colleague of mine has solar panels and had a decent app on his phone showing what he was using so I thought I would see if one is available for my panels.
Seems like there is so I'm trying to sign up online and got to this point.
Can anyone help from here? I have all my documentation, but not sure what should go in these boxes. Nothing was explained to me once the install was completed.

Your installer should have sent you a link that allowed you to create your account when it was first installed, you can try entering the datalogger serial number (that's the wifi dongle that plugs into the bottom of the inverter) - if it accepts it with no after sales code, all good - if not try adding yourself as an agent on the first page - if it fails that you will need to either contact your installer and ask them to send you an invite code so you can log into your account, or if your installer is no longer trading contact FoxESS support with you inverter serial number and hopefully they can help.
