FOX ECS2900-H3cube - BMS status LED red flashing plus beeping sound

Hello.
Our FOX ECS2900-H3cube - BMS status LED is "red flashing" plus we have a beeping sound. I added 2 photos, but the flashing red light of the BMS led are not shown on them properly.

Fox APP shows battery status 99%.

I cannot find info in the manuals about how to solve the problem. Do I just push the power button, wait for 10 seconds and then switch it back on again?

I already contacted the company which installed the system, but it's weekend, and they are not responding.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Best
S.

Yes power it off (power button), turn off the isolator (DC switch on the battery), give it a minute and then power back on again - if that doesn’t resolve it, it will need your installer or FoxESS support to have a look at the cause of the error.

Hello Dave. Thanks for the response.
After turning it of and switching off the DC switch.

after 1 minute.... do I switch the DC switch on again and then the round silvery button?
Thanks.

first the DC switch back on (that basically re-connects the battery), then press the power button (that starts the battery system up)

Hello Dave. thank you so much for the quick response.
I tried it, and it looks like it worked. YAY!!!
The upper led is now green again and the beep sound is gone.

Have a great day.

Great, glad it's ok now.

These things do happen from time to time, but best to keep an eye on it :)
