Ongoing issues following maintenance over the weekend?

Is anyone else having issues following the maintenance work on Foxesscloud over the weekend?
Both web/app are showing pretty much zero energy use since around 4:41 this morning. Also, the battery status is blank (0%, 0 power, 0 voltage).
The battery/inverter appear to be working fine.
So, I'm guessing that either there is an issue with the cloud service or my inverter has gone offline and is not sending data to the cloud. If the latter, how do I check/resolve that?
edit: looking at the datalogger on foxesscloud shows that it has signal and has a green tick by the status, so I'm guessing the problem isn't at my end.
Thanks,
Graham

Yes, I have the same issue. Battery just shows 0%.
Everything local is working fine as the Energy stats app is still showing everything other than the battery.

Yep same for me, with status overview saying last updated 3 months ago...was only installed 6 weeks ago.

Mine now seems to have just updated in the last 8 minutes. Everything appears back to normal.

Inverter and datalogger showing as online, but battery offline.
edit - API also seems to be completely down - had no new data since 10am.

It has been restored but there are still a few problems, hopefully not long.

Both app and website are virtually unreachable. I get "error 5XX" when trying to use website and timeout after timeout error with the app.
Getting tired of second rate service from FoxESS. I've had my system 2 years and with the recent firmware update I was finally satisfied I had a great system until they broke the app and website with the recent update,
With Christmas knocking at the door I suppose I can look forward to another 2-3 weeks of flaky-at-best performance.
I'm back to thinking as I did after my installation was completed and I was given no instruction whatsoever. My installer even threw the supplied instructions out with the rubbish.
In a nutshell, "I WISH I'D GONE TESLA!"

I haven't checked in the last few days but, on logging in today on the phone app, again I'm having trouble connecting. "Failed to coonect to Foxess......etc"
Is anyone else having the same problem?

Just tried with the Fox app and Foxcloud2 both working ok, if you are using energy stats make sure you have the latest update.

Yes, still as flaky as ever. It can take up to TEN attempts to log in and I get the same messages here.
Old addage: If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
