Battery instruction timeout

Hello - trying to set times to charge from the grid via the app but after pressing save, it times out. Tried doing it via the web but can't find any way to do it. Uninstalled and reinstalled app three times, no joy. So right now have no control over my battery. Any advice welcome!

I also have the same problem. Only started today 12th November 23. Sounds like a software problem, maybe,?

Looking on the Facebook Fox User Group page, this is a widespread issue today. I noticed it at about 7am and it’s still not working. Looks like an issue at Fox’s end. If you are on FB, I recommend joining the group as it’s a great place to get advice and tips. As far as this problem goes, there’s not much you can do but wait for Fox to fix it.

I have the same problem but it's only since the Fix maintenance I think. It worked before
