Export limitation setting (S series, G2)

Hi,
I've read the user manual but I still don't understand how the export limitation feature works.

According to the manual, you first select CT or meter (which one you have installed) and then set a power value.

What does this power value means? Is it how much I want to let the inverter export?
If yes then setting 0W it won't export power?
