high voltage

Hi!
I have a problem with my PV plant.
The inverter disconnects continuously giving error 28 Vac 10min Avg
I read the grid parameter and the volt swing go from 256 to 259.
how many volt can support the inverter ? I can set the Vac 10min Avg at 260V?
Regards.

Yes you can set the 10min average alarm to 260v without a problem - I had mine at 262V for a few months as my utility supplier was over volts and took a while to fix it.
The inverter actually has a separate high voltage setting as well which is normally around 272v.

Thank you Dave,
I will try to do it.

But if I try to set "Power Limit" on "on Grid" at 98%, this can lower the volt?

Lowering power limit will reduce the output power which may reduce your voltage slightly when it nears maximum output - you need to change the 10minaverage voltage.
Is it an H1 or H3 inverter,? you can find the option for that in the menu under Settings, On Grid, Grid Params and at the bottom of the list is 10minavg

ok, thank you again.
Today the inverter disconnected 5 time, also if I setted Vac 10min Avg at 260V
What are the Vac upper 1 and 2 ?
In my inverter are setted at 264V, is correct?

The Vac 1 & 2 are the upper voltages at which the inverter will stop working altogether.|
If you are having to raise your 10minvolt average to 260V you should be ok with Vac upper 1 at 264v, but I would suggest 270v for Vac upper 2 & 3 and monitor your inverter to make sure you have no more 10 minute faults.
