Hello each, be grateful if you can shed any light on this issue that's bugging me.
Ive successfully used the Agile integration in the past, but switched to self use for the summer. During that time there have ben app updates and the new Fox cloud dashboard.
Now trying to reinstate Agile but getting no joy. The app populates the price graph with the relevant price points, but when I submit I get a brief flash of 'loading data, ensure stable internet' then a failure message.
So far I have power cycled everything twice including my broadband and loaded a new API, all with the same result.
All firmware declares itself to be latests version and app updated in the last few days.
Happily changing modes and schedules manually, so think internet stability is a red herring.
Have also erased all schedules prior to switching to Agile.
When selecting say 3 time intervals, should they become shaded on the price graph, because they don't.
Trying to use the cloud dashboard fares no better, but it does gaslight me by saying 'operation successful' but doesn't actually do anything.
Grateful for any suggestions.
Steve
Hi Steve,
I am on Agile, but typically don't use that work mode... as it defaults to 'Self-use' with charge/discharge slots. I would actually like it to have a choice of work mode.
Anyhow, I have used it in the past few weeks, and it worked fine. I tested it this morning for you, and it seems to be bugged out. What I normally find, is when I ask for x number of time slots, is that when checking back, it will show you the schedule it has picked. This is not being populated right now as it has been in the past.
I also tried to set the Agile work mode in the foxesscloud v2 website, it allows you to select the Agile work mode, but when you hit save, it claims success, what actually happens is the work mode doesn't alter. So this seems more like a 'Global' bug, that is affecting the website and App at the same time.

Hi MB,
Many thanks for taking the time to run through your set up and proving that it is likely global rather than local. At least I can stop blaming my own muppetry.
Take your point re manual scheduling as its hardly onerous and invites 'engagement', however, being prone to distraction agile integration when it works does take forgetfulness out of the equation.
Should anyone else find this in a search I'll just point out that I'm using ios and windows 10 in case that makes a difference.
Regards
Steve

Worth checking after a few days again, what often happens with Fox when they break something.
Missing data, glitches in App/website.
