I’m pretty sure the grid & battery are doing their thing, as I can see it charge when the sun is out and it drain when I turn more stuff on. it’s just the reporting in the Fox & Hive apps that are not aligning and whilst not a big deal, it’s annoying me thinking something wrong could be brewing.
So from your experience Is it expected (normal!) that the data numbers shown in the Analysis area doesn’t always match up to what’s actually happening with the Battery/Grid etc..
I’ve attached a couple of example screen shots - The ‘From Pv/Battery ‘ will mostly show what I think is wrong data 0% and then randomly only show expected numbers.
In the last 7 days (lots of UK sun and battery storage / usage) only once has the ‘From Pv / battery’ data been a +% , all other 6 days are 0% which is inaccurate surely.
So is this just the App doing what you guys know it does, so don’t sweat it, or is there a problem you think with the Inverter reporting outwards.? And I should get intouch with the Installers?
