Hey everyone,
New here, only had Fox ep6 x 3 batteries + inverter since mid April. Still getting used to the app features however mainly just letting the batteries do their thing. We run a business from home so it’s 100% Solar generation , usage & storage & and then use, rinse repeat. Nothing left (bar 15%) end of day. . Winter will be dull.
Was planing to move to one of the smart Octopus tariffs before the Iran thing happened and be more micro managing to eke out a few more £ savings , but just watching tariffs and trump for now. On the old FIT scheme so doing okay with the generation payments this time of year.

Anyways to the point….. Flicking through the App screens (iPad), came across a section headed ‘Stastics…. Being new I wasn’t sure if this was a word just Fox people use , should it be statistics? …. Anyways I googled it as you do thinking I’m new and all that and maybe after all it’s just a typo…. Couldn’t see a forum section for letting Fox admin know… I’m sure someone has already done it anyway

Energy prices are very fluid right now, but the 'old' advice of Octopus Flux over summer, and GO over winter to charge batteries and use during the day (Intelligent GO if you have EV) is still a good starting point.


The Fox app gets many updates sometimes to visuals, sometimes to functionality - it can be a bit frustrating, particualarly recently as more significant operational changes have taken place which has confused many users (and me).

Stastics should be Statistics, hopefully it'll get fixed soon but then again the whole screen might change next month so strap yourself in and let it slide
