Inv EEPROM Fault

Hi,

I have just installed a H1-5.0-E inverter. When I first turned on the unit I set the on-grid safety to G99_UK. The green light would flash steadily and then the red fault light would come on. I reset the unit and the safety setting was then set as FFFF. Changed again to G99_UK and then the same issue occurred. After a few attempts at this the red warning light is now constantly on with the fault: Inv EEPROM Fault.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like a genuine fault with your inverter. I'd start by talking to your installer
