Installer gone under

My installer has gone under so where do I stand with setting up an agent account for myself? Would Fox be able to do anything about it? Or will I have to hope I can bind onto an agent account I set up for myself?

The account is attached to the datalogger rather than the inverter itself. A replacement datalogger is maybe £30-£40, so that is your fallback - you can create an agent account, associate the new datalogger to it, and you're in control.

However in the circumstances I'd rather hope Fox would be able to help you out and spare you the expense - after all, you'd hope that this is an eventuality that they planned for when they built the system.
