I had just installed a battery (43kw) for 15 days. But I notice at nighttime our battery pushes and pulls the same amount of energy. So I still need to pay monthly to the energy provider. I asked my installer, but he said he did nothing wrong, and on FOXCoud still showed a small amount, but the smart meter showed a huge amount sold and purchased around 10kw-15kw. Could anyone tell me what the problem is?
