Fox App Firmware Notification
Hi,

For the past 2 days I've had a notification on the FoxCloud App that there is an important firmware update incoming for my inverter (H3-Pro-15) but I can't clear it and not sure what and how this will be applied?

Current Versions are:

Master: 1.62
Slave: 1.06
Comm: 1.34

Are these current and what can I do about the notification and or firmware, will it be pushed by Fox or the installer and should I call them?

Also any ideas why some days the batteries show 100%, but today 98%?

Many thanks

Re: Fox App Firmware Notification
First time I have seen that message, suspect Fox are pushing an important FW update into your Inverter.
It is kind of nice to see a pro-active message being shown beforehand, rather than waking up to chaos (as a reboot takes out the CT clamp sometimes)

You can of course click on the Inverter icon on the middle of the wall, then click on the Inverter SN to show the update page, it will show you current installed vs. latest (if you haven't already been to that page)

I would say do nothing for now, just keep checking each morning.

As for the battery SoC being 98% it is hard to see what work mode you are running from the picture, feed-in or self-use?
Either one the battery may have dropped from 100% down. In self-use mode, mine used to get to 100% and drop to 96% and go back up, as the battery doesn't like to be 100% for too long.
