No Errors on Fox H3 Pro 15kw Inverter

Hello, i recently got installed a Fox H3 Pro 15kw inverter with Ep5 battery. In my area, the grid is sometime not stable. And Grid is not available. But i never have any error in Fox mobile app or web or in the error logs?

He have another Fox H3 10kw but this inverter shows the error logs when grid is not available.


I wanted to ask is there some configuration i am missing for H3 PRO inverter.

Do both inverters have the same settings? In the inverter itself, not in the app or website.

Are they running the same firmware versions?
