Octopus Energy invitation-only forum?

Hello!
I think I heard somewhere (maybe during one of their videos) that Octopus have an extra geeky forum you can give ideas and discuss tech issues. Does anyone here know what I'm talking about, or how to get invited?
Here's what I would post right now:
Sometimes I see, when I look at my Intelligent Octopus Go bills, that the import rate has dropped to 7pm outside of the 11:30pm - 5:30am hours AND when my car was not even plugged in.
It is my understanding that it is good for Octopus, and the wholesale deals they make, to be able to dump power on (their) demand when it suits them. Well, especially in cloudy Winter time, I'd be more than happy to top up my 32kWh FoxESS battery stack at the low rate most times of the day. But the API seemingly does not supply this information on the fly, so my Home Assistant integration cannot react to it.
In fact, since I have an Ohme Home Pro charger, I don't think the 'Intelligent Dispatching' flag ever comes on. I am able to monitor when the charger starts charging, so I can go into Force Charge mode for the house when the car is actually charging in a bonus-slot.
If their API would tell me when they'd be happy to give me some 7p love even when my car battery is full, I'd take it and it would be good for both them and for me.
