Any ideas why the Fox app would suddenly not show our system after working for months? It’s the same logging in on the website dashboard.

Thanks, any reason this might happen? The logger is still connected to the internet according to the lights, slowly flashing red. Does Fox have a service status page anywhere?
If the service was down, then you should see Plant offline, given that it is now missing... odds are you need to add it back.
