Hi guys,

Looking for some assistance here from you experts. I seem to be missing alot of battery related data, i noticed this was the case when the system was first installed last year but never thought much about it as it was working fine. But now that I am learning a lot more, I'm looking to integrate a dashboard into my HA. I've attached 3 screenshots which show manufacturing date, remaining capacity data and nominal energy data all missing just to name a few. Is anyone able to shed some light as to how I can get this fixed?

Odds are you have an older firmware running on what looks like EP11's.
IIRC I had data missing from FW entries until the FW was updated.

Scroll down to Global Service Contacts, and find either the email address or phone number for your region.
If you call, have ALL of your serial numbers available for Inverter/Datalogger/and every battery to hand.

Thanks so much, I'll give that a go first. I thought I had all the firmwares updated recently when I got the datalogger and inverter updated for 5s refresh but turns out batteries didnt get updated.

Are you running EP11's then?
Mine was on 1.005 upon install, and I am certain that some values were missing for me.

Do you have current FW version?

correct, mine are ep11 and i just checked and the firmware I;m currently on is 1.003, looks like it's VERY outdated since the current version is 0.012

I thought mine was on an older FW

Anyhow, report back once you have done your upgrade, I am sure it will be good once done.

Thanks so much for your help, confirming all working now with the data now showing correctly. Seems i had a very outdated firmware!
