I am unable to generate reports of any kind. The app simply states that there is no data for the date range I specify.
I have an AC1-5.0-E-G2, installed over 12 months ago, so there's over 12 months of data. The PV array was installed 12 years ago and has it's own inverter. In the app any power generation registers as 'generative load'.
The web portal is also devoid of data.
However on my first try at updating firmware myself, it updated the master but failed with the others. Suddenly the app showed all sorts of graphs related to PV generation and the reporting feature was available. I was pleased.
Unfortunately the inverter was completely inoperative and I had to request Fox fix the firmware.
Could this configuration also account for why there is no data available on the reporting page of the web portal or mobile app?
