Hi Guys

New to Fox Batteries.
Modes I have tried are self-use and feed-in-priority

Issue: Fox app shows all the PV generation is being used at home with a few watts going in or out of Grid. During no PV generation time (i.e. at night etc) PV and house load shows 0w. Battery and grid shows a few watts going in or out.
Battery: Almost always at 100%


Electricity provider shows plenty of feed in happening.
And a few kwh being consumed daily. I am suspecting these are being consumed at night and the battery is not powering anything at all.

Reading some online forums I have a feeling that CT clamp on mains is installed in the wrong direction but I could be wrong.

Any suggestions?

I have reached out to the installer too.

Can you post the graph from the app (swipe left on home page), it shows solar, battery, grid use and that will help show what is happening.

Helpful if you could also share any settings you have for minSoc, battery reserve and if you have any charge periods set.

I have attached a screenshot from few days ago.

The settings are
Grid charge setting - not enabled
Batt Reserve capacity - 10%
Sys Min Soc - 10%
Mode - Self Use
Mode Scheduler - Disabled
