Hi,
I have opened multiple tickets via the official support portal. The oldest one has been open for over 50 days, and none of them have received any response.
Although I am based in Hungary, all of my tickets are assigned to “GE” support. I attempted to resolve this by contacting UK support; they responded within two days, but then simply reassigned the ticket back to GE, where it has again been ignored.
This level of non-responsiveness is unacceptable. If the team cannot resolve the issue, I expect at least a minimal response stating that—silence for nearly two months is not an option.
Please advise how this can be escalated or reassigned to a team that actually responds.
