Hi,
have just had our fox system installed. All is going well. I have the app on my phone and I can see the percentage of battery remaining just fine. Problem is, I hate using my phone for anything and much prefer a browser. So, I login to the 'dashboard' , however, although there is a wealth of information there, I can't see how much (in percentage) the battery is charged (charging). Am I missing something somewhere? Surely, this is the first thing people look at?
thanks.
Perhaps the Fox Cloud v2 website is what you want for a quick glance?
https://www.foxesscloud.com/v2/login

On the V1 website, it's usually on the overview page
Or click on Device, Inverter, and click the 'view' icon on the far right to get this screen
interesting. When I go to :
https://www.foxesscloud.com/v2/login
The battery does not appear as it does in your diagram. Wonder why my interface is different? Looks exactly like yours but for the battery icon?
can't work out how to post a screen shot here??

here we go - see, no battery??
You may need to send a screenshot of your Devices menu from your V2 site
It shows all the items in your "Plant" that are registered to your account, either the battery has not been added, which would be odd, or the system needs a reboot to pickup the battery. You might need to add a picture of the front screen of the inverter, give details of what you have.
You can also try Dave's Fox Cloud v1 site guidance to see if there is any difference.

On your inverter screen, do you see SoC %?
It might be your system needs a reboot, if not then it is a possibility that the battery needs adding to your plant, for which you will need the serial number I think to add it?

yes, i can see the battery percent on the front screen of the inverter.
Well that's promising.
Now see what happens if you try to add battery to your plant in Devices.

thanks. So, I tried and it says that they are 'non addable'

You may have to ask your installer to check upon your system, as the battery should show in your plant normally.
Well that's as far as my experience takes me, so you will have to wait on them, or additional advice on the forum.

so, this is STILL an issue. we still cannot see the battery in our online browser portal. yes, it works in the app, but NOT in the browser. I've sent multiple emails to support and no one even answers the email?
Would someone have a idea what we can do to get this working as it should please? I've run out of ideas?

If you are in Australia no one EVER answers emails. I've been waiting for over 2 months. The only response you can get is by calling the support number and hope they answer. Good luck. Alternatively call your installer for help. Mine just says to call support.
great... moved over from Redback as they were useless, no support, no service , no nothing.
Now, it appears the same crap from this mob too... what a joke
Yep, my installer says they are 'too busy' to contact them.
What support number do you ring mate?

If support is bad, which it seems to be for the Aus region, maybe you need to create an installer account?

You will do so at your own risk, so just be sure that you are 100% ok with it first.
